October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Strictly Organic will donate 20% of their proceeds from BOTH locations to Saving Grace! GFWC of Central Oregon will be auctioning off purses (and other containers) full of valuable stuff as a benefit for Saving Grace of Central Oregon. Refreshments provided. Saving Grace will host a community conversation about how to process the magnitude of the problem and what we can do – especially men – to stop everyday sexism and help create communities in which sexual violence is the exception, not the rule.

Join us for an evening of great views, delicious food and wine, and local music as we support Mary's Place, Saving Grace's Supervised Visitation and Exchange Center.

Saving Grace recognizes that in order to create communities without violence, we must also eradicate hate. In response to the violence in Charlottesville, Saving Grace is offering a community training on Dismantling Racism. This workshop will cover the history of racism in Oregon, how it operates through every aspect of society, and how we can respond to racism in our daily lives by using non-violent communication.

For more than 30 years, Saving Grace has celebrated healthy families and healthy communities with our Saving Grace’s Children’s Festival. Saving Grace has joined in partnership with Balloons Over Bend to create an exciting family festival that will continue to benefit Saving Grace and our work throughout Central Oregon.

Hands Can Change the World is a brief ceremony to show your visible expression of commitment to efforts that will prevent and eliminate child abuse and sexual assault.

In Oregon, more than half of all women and girls have experienced sexual violence. Despite these sobering statistics, we have the power to make a difference by using our voices to change the culture. That’s why Saving Grace is inviting Central Oregonians to Take Back the Night.
